If your rear view monitor malfunctions, reversing becomes riskier, especially in tight or obstructed areas. A blank screen, flickering image, or warning alert may indicate a problem. Cleaning the camera lens often solves visibility issues. Loose connections or internal faults may require professional inspection. This system enhances situational awareness when backing up. Relying solely on mirrors without rear camera input increases blind spots. Prompt repairs keep the system responsive and reliable. Safe reversing depends on consistent camera function. This feature is particularly useful in low-visibility parking conditions. Maintaining it should be part of routine service.
